Small Group Training
Most people are stronger than they realize and one of the things I enjoy most is offering space for people to explore that. Small group training is accessible, educational, fun and challenging. You can expect to push, pull, squat, deadlift, rotate, plank, crawl, bend and breathe. All bodies, ages, genders and training ages are welcomed and celebrated; no lifting experience required. Groups meet:
Tuesdays 12-1pm
Thursdays 9-10am
Fridays 8-9am
Class size is very limited so advance sign up is required. $35 per class, reserve your space below

Personal training is an excellent option for folks looking for bespoke, custom training for their unique bodies and particular movement goals. Currently accepting new clients for general strength training and powerlifting.
