There are two ways you can work with me remotely:
Group Programming Membership-
My group programming membership is a fun, simple, accessible way to get access to high quality strength training programming without the price tag. Heavy emphasis is placed on the ‘big three’ of squat, bench and deadlift as well as single sided and multiplanar movements to keep our bodies moving well and feeling good. I offer 3, 4 and 5 day per week splits so you can choose the best option to suit your goals and lifestyle outside of the gym.
Included in the group membership is:
-Monthly programming (programming updated every 4 weeks to allow enough time for fluency to develop)
-A private Facebook community to ask questions, get feedback on your lifts and see what other folks are up to
-Access to me to ask any particular questions relevant to you/your program
-Program delivered through the app Compound (super easy to use and it does an excellent job tracking strength trends)
-$35/month, recurring billing
-No contract; come and go as you please

Individual remote coaching-
Individual remote coaching is ideal for folks looking for bespoke, custom strength programming tailored to their particular goals with unlimited access to me for feedback, support and guidance. I am currently accepting clients for both general strength training and powerlifting.
Remote coaching includes:
-Custom weekly programming tailored to your unique goals, training frequency preferences and equipment availability
-Weekly in depth check in
-Daily communication and support via WhatsApp(as needed)
-$200/month recurring billing
-No contract; come and go as you please
